We prepare a summary of missing records and unresolved items, with actions for close-out. Your team can see what remains to be completed before handover.

Project requirements
Specifications, drawings, contract requirements, inspection and test plans, hold points and agreed deliverables.
Quality and testing records
Test reports, inspection records, lot registers, checklists, approvals, supplier certificates and material dockets.
Traceability and close-out
Photographs, location references, nonconformance records, corrective actions, handover schedules and completion evidence.
Observed site conditions
Site observations compared with the agreed requirements and available project records.
External specialist coordination
When specialist input is needed
If the verification process identifies a need for specialist testing or engineering input, IQTS can help define the requirement and arrange a suitably qualified external provider. We coordinate the information they need and follow up their reports.
IQTS does not provide engineering design, engineering certification or statutory engineering sign-off. Any engineering service is separately performed and reported by the appointed external engineer under their own professional responsibility.
