Document and Evidence Verification
We review available test reports, inspection records, dockets, photographs, approvals, nonconformance records and other evidence for completeness, consistency and traceability.

Physical Site Verification
We undertake site inspections to compare observable conditions and completed work with the available project documents, defined verification scope and supporting records.

Gap and Close-Out Reporting
We identify missing, inconsistent or unresolved evidence and provide a practical action register or verification summary to support project handover and close-out.

External specialist coordination

If the verification process identifies a need for specialist testing or engineering input, IQTS can help define the requirement and facilitate a suitably qualified external provider.
IQTS does not provide engineering design, engineering certification or statutory engineering sign-off. Any engineering service is separately performed and reported by the appointed external engineer under their own professional responsibility.
