The project specification, superintendent or geotechnical authority should determine which approach applies.

01 / Ongoing

Level 1 Supervision

Structured, ongoing supervision of fill placement and compaction activities, supported by testing and project records for the required Level 1 reporting.

Best suited to projects requiring continuous earthworks oversight.
02 / On call

Level 2 Testing

Field density testing completed when requested at nominated locations, with results reported for those specific test areas.

Does not include continuous supervision or a Level 1 supervision report.

Testing scope, methods and reporting requirements are confirmed for each project before work begins.

Level 1 Supervision

Level 1 supervision for earthworks, with field observation, testing oversight and reporting aligned with AS 3798 and project-specific requirements.

On-Call Level 2 Testing

Responsive field density testing at nominated locations and times, with test results reported for the specific areas requested by the client or site team.

Soil Testing

Field and laboratory soil testing to support earthworks, compaction, pavement and site preparation activities, with clear results for project records.

04

Concrete Testing

Construction-phase concrete sampling and testing support, including slump testing, specimen preparation and coordination of strength testing and reporting.
